Sarah Hunter’s Bio: I bring immense enthusiasm to connect people to the home buying and selling process. As a former teacher with the Ottawa Carleton District School board, my goal is to educate and inspire you throughout the process of buying, selling, and investing. I am excited to continue growing my business, as I move into my 15th year in real estate. I am passionate about designing spaces to enhance the sale value of your asset, and to assist you in making your new house a home. This is one of the key strategies I use to achieve the best results. In my home, you will find my husband Glen, an Ottawa firefighter, 2 busy boys Colton and Jake, along with our silver lab, Smokey. My recent experience of building a custom, off the grid home, is an asset for sharing first hand experiences in severing land, building, design, and what to expect throughout the process. My lifestyle includes a love of entertaining, a healthy balance of yoga and fitness, a crisp vodka martini, and a good coffee to start the day. My summers are filled cottaging and waterskiing on Calabogie Lake and the Big Rideau.
James Angus’ Bio: James has enjoyed a prosperous career in real estate coming from a successful background of business to business sales and customer service industries. As a representative of Engel & Völkers Real Estate, James has developed strong negotiating skills and attention to detail which provides his clients with a professional and personal real estate experience. James has helped many happy clients buy, sell and invest. With deep roots in the Ottawa Valley area, he knows Ottawa and will share his knowledge of this amazing city to live and invest in.
Hussein Zeineddine’s Bio: Native to the Ottawa area, Hussein is familiar with the city and has a passion for helping people through Real Estate. He graduated from Nipissing University and shortly after started his career in real estate, where he quickly found his true passion and excelled. After two years, he obtained his Real Estate Broker License in order to gain further knowledge, expertise and to grow his team. He prides himself in giving his clients an exceptional buying and selling experience, and always going above and beyond to ensure a seamless process throughout. He handles each transaction with the utmost care and provides the best possible results. Having grown up playing semi-professional soccer and travelling internationally for competitions, Hussein has gained a passion for travelling and exploring new places around the world. He embraces different cultures and has a deep appreciation for the diversity in the Ottawa region. Hussein uses his tested and proven strategies to invest and build his own portfolio.
Mat Valois’ Bio: Real estate has been a part of my life from the very beginning. Growing up in Ottawa, I was immersed in the world of homebuilding through my grandfather, who was known for his craftsmanship and vision. That early exposure gave me a deep appreciation for architecture, design, and the details that make a home truly special. Over the years, I’ve combined that foundation with hands-on industry experience to develop a sharp eye for value and a strategic approach to buying and selling. For me, real estate is personal. It’s about more than just the sale—it’s about understanding my clients’ goals, providing expert guidance, and delivering results that exceed expectations.
